Graduated!!!
Wednesday, July 11, 2007, 02:29 PM - Personal
On Wednesday July 11th I finally graduated for my Master degree. I already submitted my thesis a week before and today I had to give a presentation about my project. The project was to "Characterize a frequency domain fluorescence lifetime microscope". The presentation went pretty well and I also didn't have any problems with the questions. Now I'm officially a Master of Science! The rest of the week I celebrated being a M.Sc. What I'm going to do now is not certain yet. I can do my PhD now, or I can just start working.

On July 31st I will leave to Tokyo for 4 days and then continue the journey to New Zealand for about 2 months! After that I will start looking around!

I will keep you posted on my trip in Tokyo and New Zealand!

Paul :-)

For the last few weeks I have been writing my master thesis. It took more time than I wanted to, as usual. But nevertheless after working two long weeks (days from 9 to 23 o'clock) including the weekends I'm finished. This morning I received the printed version.

Now it is just a week to prepare my presentation (July 11th) and after that I will be Master of Science!!!

Inge's party
Tuesday, June 26, 2007, 02:46 PM - Personal
Inge got back in Holland after being in Spain for 6 months studying Spanish. Because she was happy for being back home and wanted to see her friends again, she gave a party, this party however was also a bit strange, because this was a "Welcome home party" and a "I will see you later" party, because two days later she would go to Peru for 4 months for an internship (physiotherapy). She just came home to see her family, friends and repack her bag. Read More...
